By using FlowThingy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using any part of our service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing flowthingy.xyz or using any FlowThingy product (the Minecraft mod, the 24/7 Bot service, or the TikTok Patcher), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Minecraft Mod

FlowThingy External is a Minecraft client mod. By using it, you agree to:

• Use the mod responsibly and entirely at your own risk
• Not use the mod to harm, grief, or harass other players
• Comply with the rules of any Minecraft server you join
• Not attempt to bypass, crack, or reverse-engineer the license system
• Not redistribute or resell keys obtained through our system

We are not responsible for bans or penalties issued by Minecraft servers as a result of using this mod.

3. License Keys

• Keys are free and valid for 24 hours from the time of generation
• One key per Minecraft username per 24-hour period
• Keys are for personal use only — sharing keys is not permitted
• We reserve the right to revoke keys that are misused or obtained fraudulently

4. 24/7 Bot Service

• The bot service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee
• Bot names must not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate language
• You are solely responsible for what your bot does on your server
• We reserve the right to terminate bot accounts that violate these terms
• The bot requires a valid FlowThingy key to operate

6. Accounts

• You may sign in using Google or Telegram — you are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One FlowThingy key is valid across all FlowThingy tools (Minecraft mod, TikTok Patcher, 24/7 Bot)
• You may not share your account or key with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

7. TikTok Patcher

• The TikTok Patcher is a free tool provided as-is with no guarantees of effectiveness
• All video processing occurs locally in your browser — no data is uploaded to our servers
• We are not affiliated with TikTok, Douyin, or ByteDance
• Use of this tool is at your own risk — TikTok's platform policies may change at any time
• We make no guarantee that patched videos will avoid compression or receive better quality treatment on TikTok

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Create multiple accounts or use bots to abuse the free key system
• Use the mod on servers where client modifications are explicitly prohibited
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowThingy and all associated tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowThingy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Minecraft bans, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
